Damaged Product Policy


We take pride in crafting high-quality tees, but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

  • Eligibility: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, design, or item), you’re eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Timeframe: Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery for a swift resolution.

  • Process:

    2. We’ll review your claim within 48 hours and provide return instructions or a solution.

    3. Return the item (if requested) using the prepaid shipping label we provide.

  • Resolution:

    • Replacement: If stock is available, we’ll send a new item at no cost to you.

    • Refund: If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund your full purchase price, including shipping, to your original payment method.

  • Note: Minor imperfections due to handmade processes (if applicable) may not qualify as defects—contact us if you’re unsure!
